As you will be aware, this Sunday 14 August is UWA's Annual Open Day where the University will be on display.

Please ensure your work areas and surrounds are tidy and well-presented before leaving for the weekend. In particular, please ensure:

• verandas, walkways and corridors are clean and clear of obstructions
• lecture theatres are clear of teaching materials
• there are no boxes or furniture stacked around or outside buildings.

Remember also to secure valuable equipment and personal items and lock any areas that are not on show on the day.
