The first enterprise bargaining meeting took place on Monday, 11 July. Through this process our aim is to achieve agreements that are simple, fair and contemporary.
The purpose of this meeting was to introduce the bargaining teams and agree protocols that will support the bargaining process. Both parties agreed that bargaining be conducted in a professional, effective and efficient manner and will be underpinned by common agreed values.
The next bargaining meeting is expected to occur in the week commencing 8th August and meetings will be scheduled regularly for the period of the negotiations.
