Q:   What are your competition plans for the rest of 2016?

A:    I am currently preparing for the 2016 Oceanic Melanesian Regional Championships in Fiji. This is an international event and I will be representing Australia in the Open High Jump, and hopefully the 4x100m relay and triple jump(If I qualify).

Q:   The Sporting Achievement you are most proud of?

A:    Representing Australia at the Youth Commonwealth Games in 2015 and winning silver. Hopes to eclipse this when in Suva, Fiji (July 7-9).

Q:   What is your major sporting goal for the next 5 years?

A:    Main goal is to qualify for the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast in 2018. The  qualifying score for the commonwealth games is not far from my reach! I cannot wait to represent Australia at a major international meet and edge out my competition’

Q:   How will the bursary aid you in achieving your long term sporting goals?

A:    The financial grant will go towards travelling to various cities during the season and paying for equipment. It also takes off the large burden of having to work and fundraise to pay for my competition expenses’
