Thank you to staff that attended the recent information sessions regarding the upcoming enterprise bargaining negotiations. These sessions were well attended and provided very useful feedback. The FAQs on the EB website have been updated to include the common questions that were asked. We will continue to update them as the process progresses.

Our desire is to achieve agreements that are simple, fair and contemporary and our first meeting will commence on Monday, 11 July.

All WA universities are negotiating new enterprise agreements this year and whilst it makes sense to work together as a sector where there is a clear benefit, we will be negotiating UWA-specific agreements. Through this process we aim to respond to the changing nature of our work and ensure the mechanisms we put in place protect the interests of our staff.
