UWA is participating in the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI). This index sets the national benchmark for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) workplace inclusion, and provides us with valuable feedback on performance.

Our aim is to create an inclusive campus where all employees and students can be themselves. We would like to invite all employees to have their say in regard to the organisation’s initiatives on LGBTI inclusion.

In 2016, UWA was awarded the prestigious Pride in Diversity accolade of being one of the Top 10 LGBTI-aware employers in Australia. We are the only Australian university that has consecutively been named in the Top 10 since the inception of the Index in 2011. Your participation in this survey will continue to provide us with valuable feedback to inform work on LGBTI inclusion at UWA.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. To ensure complete anonymity, we request that you refrain from entering any information that could personally identify you (i.e. names, departments etc.)  You may also choose NOT to answer questions and you may exit from the survey at any time by simply closing the browser.

We would appreciate your participation in the survey before Friday, 17 March, 2pm (AWST, Perth time).
