Develop your own winning formula by using your detailed knowledge of the teams to plot your weekly tips, relying on gut instinct (or the bookmakers’ odds), or simply predetermine all your tips before the first round starts on 24 March.
If you’re already on footytips.com.au join up to the UWA AFL Tipping competition as well your normal competition. You can use the same tips in both competitions.
For first time tippers, you need to join ESPN’s Footy Tipping site and then join the UWA AFL Tipping competition. Basic rules apply:
- Free to join
- Play for pride (and Fringe-Benefit-Tax-free Hungry Jacks vouchers!)
- Straight tipping - no streaks, flexis, joker rounds or bonus points
- Missed tips are automatically assigned to away game, to a maximum of 5 points
- Competition runs for the home and away season - Rounds 1-23, no finals
- Tippers are ranked by points and margin (i.e. the point difference you tip for the first game in each round)
