The Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct represent the highest level of University policy and form part of the University’s accountability framework. The Codes are updated on a regular basis and provide contemporary advice and direction on a range of work and study situations encountered as part of our day to day campus activities.

Historically, the Codes have been sent to staff in a hard copy format along with correspondence outlining any amendments following a review of the Codes.

From March a new process will be introduced requiring all Pheme account holders to acknowledge and accept the Codes whenever passwords are changed. This change will assist in ensuring ongoing communications and that account holders review the most up to date version of the Codes.
