UWA’s new Class Allocation System (CAS) will open for our 2016 students to enter their class preferences on Friday 18 December as scheduled.

A huge amount of work has gone into delivering this project, which included an upgrade to the University’s central timetabling system, as well as a complete replacement of the Online Class Registration (OLCR) system. This hard work will provide our students with a positive introduction to UWA through an improved timetable and modernised, user-friendly interfaces.

As with any ambitious project, complications did arise and the project team thanks all staff involved for their patience and assistance.  Further refinements are already underway to ensure an even better process for next year.
