All staff play an important part ensuring our campus is safe, conserving power and is secure during the end of year break.

Ensure that you lock all doors and windows, close blinds, keep valuable items and documents secured. Please turn off air conditioning, non-essential lights and electrical appliances. Please move indoors any loose items that may cause damage or be affected during storms or secure them down if possible.

Building access during end-of-year shutdown

If you require access to buildings you do not normally have access to, or your contractors require building access, please seek approval from your manager and arrange keys and access prior to the break. If you are working on your own, you must follow the working alone guidelines. You must also notify Security of any works your contractors are undertaking over the break.

Contractors working on site are required to ‘sign in and out’ at the Security office located on the ground floor, Administration East Building. Should you have any enquiries, please contact the Security office on 6488 3020.
