The Health Department is carrying out works, and has announced there will be a temporary closure of the southern section of both lanes on Hospital Avenue, between Monash Avenue and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH), to install the steel framework for the G Block Link Bridge to connect Perth Childrens Hospital and SCGH.
There will be a temporary closure of the Monash Avenue entrance to Hospital Avenue at the QEII Medical Centre from
1am Saturday 14th to 5am Monday 16th November 2015
and access must be restricted for safety reasons.
Access to the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital Emergency Department and Hospital Main entrance will be via entry to Hospital Avenue from Aberdare Road, Shenton Park. The ED and access ramp to the mortuary will continue to operate as normal.
