An exciting refurbishment project is about to commence in Reid Library. There will be some unavoidable disruptions to services to implement this vital project and given the scale of work being undertaken, the Reid Library will be closed from 22nd November 2015 to late February 2016.

Although the building will be closed, the University Library will be offering a range of alternative ongoing services to support regular users. These include a daily collection request and retrieval service for materials from the print collection (including Special Collections), alternative study areas for postgraduate students and access to high demand collections required for summer courses or supplementary examinations in alternative Library locations. All five other campus libraries will be open and operating as normal throughout this period. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we improve Reid Library.
