Congratulations to Brenda, the lucky student who won a $250 Visa prepaid gift card by completing the 2015 IT Service Quality Student Survey!
The Library participates in the IT Service Quality Student Survey on a regular basis comparing our performance with other universities across Australia and New Zealand. It allows the Library to gather feedback about the student IT support services provided to you. This year, you gave the Library an overall satisfaction rating of 73.39% and we were pleased to see service delivery has improved since the last survey in 2014.
Thanks to everyone who completed the survey and shared their thoughts on Library Student IT Support services.
