Upcoming weekend works for lift installation
Please be aware that from Saturday 31 October until mid-January, the following weekend works will be works occurring in the car park basement including concrete drilling (there will be a level of noise vibration and dust associated with these works).

This work has been scheduled out of hours to minimise the impact on building occupants.

Works on the much anticipated new lift at 55 Broadway are scheduled to commence early this week.

Installation of the new lift will link the basement car park through to level 2, to ensure the building meets building codes, and improve access into the building.

Access to the car park, building and upper car park levels will not be affected while works are underway.

The lift is scheduled to be fully operational in early 2016.

Please note: where ever possible high disruption works will take place outside of normal business.
