UWA research is now more discoverable than ever before, thanks to the launch of the new and improved UWA Research Repository.

The UWA Research Repository has been capturing, storing and distributing research outputs by UWA researchers and postgraduate students since 2010.

A number of recent improvements have been made by the University Library in collaboration with the Office of Research Enterprise, to enhance the University’s ability to communicate research globally to ensure that UWA’s research publications are freely available to a broad worldwide audience.

•    Publications in the UWA Research Repository are now indexed in popular external systems such as Google and Google Scholar.
•    Researcher profiles have been introduced to showcase individual, School and Faculty research and expertise.
•    Open access versions of selected publications are now available and are clearly marked to make it easier for UWA researchers to comply with requirements mandated by funding bodies.
•    A new download statistics tool makes it easier to measure the impact and reach of UWA research.

The new look UWA Research Repository can be accessed at https://research-repository.uwa.edu.au/
