The Faculty of Engineering, Computing and Mathematics congratulates all the recipients of its 2015 Teaching and Learning Awards.
The award winners were announced at a ceremony held at The University Club on Monday, 18 May 2015.
Professor John Dell, Dean and Professor Mike Johns, Deputy Dean (Education) were delighted to announce the winners of the awards, recognising those who promote excellence in their work and whose efforts have a positive impact on both the Faculty's students and the University as a whole.
The 2015 award winners are:
Award for Teaching Excellence - Individual Teaching
Dr Cosimo Faiello, School of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering
Commendation for Teaching Excellence - Individual Teaching
Associate Professor Susan Gourvenec, Centre of Offshore Foundation Systems
Dr Jeremy Leggoe, School of Mechanical and Chemical Engineering
Award for Teaching Excellence - Individual Teaching (Early Career)
Dr Andrew Guzzomi, School of Mechanical and Chemical Engineering
Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning
Associate Professor Zachary Aman, School of Mechanical and Chemical Engineering
Certificates were also presented to new FASE members and fellows.
Congratulations to all the winners for their outstanding contributions and for going above and beyond, to inspire, support and educate.
