• Financial Services move in to 55 Broadway first-floor and ground-floor
• The move will occur over two weekends – from 5pm Friday 3 July and 5pm Friday 10 July

Please be aware that this afternoon, our Financial Services colleagues are moving into 55 Broadway.

The move will occur over two weekends, with the first move commencing from 5pm today, Friday 3 July.

From Monday 6 July, Financial Services will have 11 staff based at 55 Broadway.

The remainder of the Financial Services move will take place the following Friday 10 July from 5pm and as of Monday 13 July, the Financial Services team will all be located at 55 Broadway.

During the move-in phase, there may be some disruptions that occur through this period, however, we aim to minimise this wherever possible. Activities will include staff and contractors needing to finalise work to ensure our colleagues are set up and settled into their new environment, such as:

• furniture being moved
• associated electrical work being completed
• glazing work
• completion of the first-floor kitchen.

Please note: due to limited staff parking available in the basement and upper deck of the car park at 55 Broadway, you may wish to consider other parking options available on campus or alternate transport options.
