Building works to accommodate our Financial Services colleagues on the first floor of 55 Broadway will re-commence this week.
In particular:

Electrical and communication services – including cabling and lighting – will be installed, however this will not impact power elsewhere in the building.

Furniture relocation and furniture installation will take place from the end of June until mid-July.

Other building works, including glazing and a new kitchen preparation area on the first floor, will be installed over the next four weeks.
What you can expect
It is expected that there will be intermittent noise associated with these works.
