Campus Management is undertaking a project to refurbish the heritage building located at the Claremont Campus for the Centre for English Language Teaching (CELT).
The works will involve a complete refurbishment of the building and will provide new teaching spaces, a student hub and kitchen for CELT. The project is expected to be completed on Friday 19 June.
Noise impact is expected to be minimal, however the contractor will endeavour to carry out any high-level noise works early in the morning.
These works will complete the full refurbishment of the buildings on the corner of Princess Road and Bay Road, previously East Claremont Primary School.
