Please be aware access to the Fairway 4 entrance has changed, effective Monday 30 March 2015.

What has changed?

Effective Monday 30 March 2015, a section of the construction site fence for the Indian Ocean Marine Research Centre (near the Fairway 4 entrance) will be extended.

As a result, the width of the service road at Fairway 4 will be reduced. The service road will be narrower from what you may be used to if you use this road regularly.

Action required

All motorists and pedestrians are advised to observe the changes to the site fence and the reduced width of the road.

We ask that as this will be slightly different from what you may be used to, that you proceed with care in and around this area, particularly if you are accessing the temporary car park (car park 43).

Motorists are requested to adhere to the speed limit (15 km/hr) in this area and to follow any traffic management controls that may be in place.

Pedestrians accessing this area are recommended to use the temporary foot path. Alternatively, please use designated footpaths elsewhere to access the campus.
