Please be aware that Campus Management will be commencing a project to install new and updated end of trip facilities in Building 210 (adjacent to Tattersalls Lecture Theatre) and Mathematics Building 223 .

The works will provide increased secure bike parking, renovated and refurbished existing toilet facilities, as well as new showers and universal toilet facilities.

The project will start on Monday 30 March and will last for approximately 14 weeks. In the week prior to the project commencing – week beginning Monday 23 March – the construction team will be on site to prepare.

Please read below to find out more about the impact of the works:

Building 210

· Temporary fencing will be erected along the east side of car park 43, meaning that some car park bays will be temporarily unavailable (please see attached map).

· Toilet facilities adjacent to the Tattersalls Lecture Theatre will be unavailable during the duration of these works. Alternative toilet facilities can be found in the Bayliss Building or at the Guild Village.

· The works will at time cause noise impact; however this should be minimal for the surrounding buildings’ occupants. Every effort will be made to conduct noisy work out of normal working hours.

Building 223

· Temporary fencing will be erected alongside the Maths toilet block facilities, meaning that they will be temporarily unavailable. Alternative toilet facilities are available in the nearby Monadelphous Building or the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Building.

· The works will require, at time, drilling and concrete cutting which may cause noise impact. Every effort will be made to conduct these works during the study break (week beginning 6 April) and out of normal working hours, however it is likely that noise impact will be experienced.
