Brigadier Naeem Salik was invited by the Regional Centre for Strategic Studies ( RCSS ) Colombo to be part of the faculty for the biennial Summer Workshop from 20-24 September 2014. The workshop included students from Pakistan, India, China and the United States. The theme of the workshop was 'Nuclear Disarmament, Safety and Stability'. Brigadier Salik led the sessions on 'Nuclear Learning in South Asia', 'Nuclear Security Summits and Centres of Excellence for Nuclear Security', and 'Missiles and Strategic Stability in South Asia', besides debriefing of the Simulation Exercise conducted at the end of the workshop.
