The School of Population Health congratulates two School winners of the UWA Research Excellence and Innovation Awards.
SPH is pleased to congratulate Hayley Christian, who was a very worthy recipient of UWA Research Excellence and Innovation Award and her achievement was recognised at an event hosted by the Vice Chancellor and Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research) on 6 November. Hayley’s recognition comes fast on the heels of her also being announced as a recipient of a UWA ‘Near Miss Central Scheme’ Grant. Hayley’s grant was ranked in the top 10% of nationally unfunded applications – an excellent achievement.
We would also like to congratulate Gina Trapp; Gina’s research achievements were also recognised through being a recipient of a UWA Research Excellence and Innovation Award. Like Hayley, Gina was recognised at the event last evening, but was unable to attend because of the recent birth of her first child. Although no longer with SPH, Gina is a valued staff member of CBEH.
Congratulations Hayley and Gina!
