An expert in enhancing teaching and learning in higher education, an environmental epidemiologist who enables students to become well-rounded practitioners, and the coordinator of a program that matches students with industry professionals were this week recognised with prestigious awards.
The University of Western Australia's recipients of the Australian Awards for University Teaching are Winthrop Professor Denise Chalmers, Professor Jane Heyworth and Ms Jo Hocking.

The Citations for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning are administered by the Office of Learning and Teaching.
