The new Student Services Precinct is on schedule to be open for business for the start of next academic year.

The $6 million refit and remodelling of the Social Sciences building, west of the Oak Lawn, will bring together Student Support Services, Student Administration, the Admissions Centre and the International Centre.

It is student-focused, pooling nearly all the services they need in the place where most of them spend a lot of time, the Guild Village.

But the project will also result in better working conditions for staff and easier flow between areas of student need.

See a time-lapse video here that documents the development of the project. The video is supplied by the Student Services' Communications Strategy.
