One of the State's most enthusiastic and passionate science advocates has been recognised through her induction into the WA Science Hall of Fame.
Professor Lyn Beazley, from The University of Western Australia's School of Animal Biology and former Chief Scientist of Western Australia, was inducted during a ceremony held at Scitech last night.
Premier and Science Minister Colin Barnett gave the citation for Professor Beazley, and acknowledged her long-standing contribution to science and science education in WA.
