If you are looking for an excuse to take a brief, but well-deserved break from your WACE textbooks over the July school holidays, you may wish to consider one of the many events we have lined up for prospective students.

Experience a ‘Day in the Life of a Uni Student'...

Following the success of our April events, where students had the opportunity to spend a ‘Day in the Life of' a Music, Landscape Architecture or Health Science student, we are now offering four exciting programs in July:

  • Architecture, 9 July
  • Chemistry, 10 July
  • Engineering Science, 15 July
  • Business, 16 July

Online registrations will open soon; in the meantime, you can register your interest in attending any (or all) of these events.

UWA Excellence Camp

We are inviting WA high schools to nominate a high-achieving student in Year 12 to attend our inaugural UWA Excellence Camp between 7 and 9 July. Over three fun-filled and informative days, students will be exposed to all aspects of university life, including the opportunity to meet current students and academics, learn more about our Assured-entry Pathways and Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) course, and participate in a variety of hands-on activities.

Nomination forms have been sent to WA high schools, so if you are interested in attending, you are encouraged to speak to your school's career adviser (we are unable to accept direct applications from students or parents).

Due to laboratory constraints, available places are strictly limited. If you have been nominated by your school, ensure completed forms are sent to the Prospective Students Office as soon as possible.
