Harvard Business School's Professor Paul Healy will be at the UWA Business School in late March to share his expertise with students, faculty and the wider business community.

During his visit, Professor Healy will deliver a research seminar to the Accounting and Finance discipline group exploring the causes and effects of corruption in business. He will also speak on the same topic as part of the Professional Development Series for the School's postgraduate students.

In addition, Professor Healy will address an invitation-only leaders' luncheon sponsored by international law firm Allens, at which he will discuss how the internal operations of corporate boards determine their effectiveness.

Professor Paul Healy is the James R. Williston Professor and Senior Associate Dean for Research at the Harvard Business School. His research covers a broad range of topics, including financial analysis, Wall Street research, corruption, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and business ethics.

Professor Healy has published widely in the leading academic and practitioner journals, has received numerous research rewards, and is the co-author of one of the leading financial analysis textbooks. He has taught MBA and executive courses on accounting, financial analysis, corporate boards, and ethical leadership.
