Children and adults can have fun with and learn to understand brains at Scitech this weekend (March 16-17) through a range of activities and displays with neuroscientists from the University of Western Australia for Brain Awareness Week .
Activities include creating brain hats, an origami ‘brain chatterbox', a memory game, optical illusions, a reflex-testing competition; displays to explain how the brains of sheep, guinea pigs, rats, mice, lizards, goldfish, and sea horses evolved, a crossword puzzle, word search, jokes, doodles and anagrams.
The event is part of a worldwide International Brain Research Organisation Brain Campaign .

WHEN: Meet the scientist Saturday March 16, 1.30-3.30pm.
Neuroscience Activities: Sunday March 17, 11am - 4pm.
