Is your son or daughter an aspiring film director? The Perth International Arts Festival is offering an exciting opportunity for students to take part in the 2013 Perth Festival.
Budding film directors are invited to make an artistic contribution to the 2013 Perth Festival through the Shortcuts Film Project , with a short creative video showcasing their favourite pathway close to home. Selected submissions will then be compiled by a professional editor and broadcast via the web and various 2013 Perth Festival venues. Submissions close 23 January 2013.
The University of Western Australia is a founding partner of the Perth International Arts Festival . For over 50 years the Festival has welcomed to Perth some of the world's greatest artists. The three-week long Festival, in February of each year, offers some of the world's best theatre, music, film, visual arts, street arts, literature and free community events.
