The Federal Minister for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, the Hon. Greg Combet AM, MP, delivered a public joint lecture on ‘Understanding Climate Change and the Carbon Price' to 250 guests at The University of Western Australia last week.

Mr Combet, who is also Minister for Industry and Innovation, was joined by leading UWA climate change scientist and Premier's Research Fellow, Winthrop Professor Malcolm McCulloch, in an hour-long joint presentation and audience questions.

The event was presented at the University Club of Western Australia by UWA's Institute of Advanced Studies as part of an ongoing series of public lectures featuring prominent local, national and international speakers.
