For the second time in three years, the international admissions team at The University of Western Australia have been recognised as the best admissions office in an award ceremony conducted by IDP Singapore.

The IDP Education Agency in Singapore has recognised the admissions team from The University of Western Australia's International Centre by bestowing on them the award of   "Best Admissions Office 2010".  This is the second time in three years that the International Centre's  admissions team has received this honour.

The trophy was awarded at the Study in Australia Exhibition in Singapore late last year, at which IDP executives were full of praise for the UWA International Centre's professionalism, fast turn-around of applications and helpful staff.

The gold trophy awarded by IDP Singapore, reminds staff at the International Centre of the esteem with which they are held in Singapore.

IDP is the single biggest student recruitment agency for UWA's international students, with International Admissions handling hundreds of applications from IDP each year.

Liz Hartley, International Students Officer (undergraduate) was nominated for Best Admissions Officer.
