The UWA Publishing cookbook
Degustation: A Master Chef's Life through Menus
has been crowned Kinokuniya Cookbook of the Year from over 40 Australian food titles.
Written by renowned chef Alain Fabrègues, this intricately designed cookbook is presented in many parts - each a complimentary element in the journey through 45 years of culinary knowledge, from Bordeaux, France to Mundaring, Western Australia.
UWA Press Director Terri-ann White said she was delighted with the book's success.

is more than just a cookbook. It is a book about food, love and life. Alain very much deserved the Kinokuniya accolade," she said.
This is also not the first time that a UWA Publishing cookbook has won the Kinokuniya Cookbook of the Year.
The 2008 award was won by
Theo and Co: The Search for the Perfect Pizza
by well known Mundaring-based pizza chef and UWAP author Theo Kalogeracos.
Degustation: A Master Chef's Life through Menus
retails at $84.95 (RRP) at all good bookstores.
