Australia's Minister for Foreign Affairs, the Hon Kevin Rudd MP, has delivered a speech at UWA on Australia's foreign policy interests in the region.
His speech Australia's Foreign Policy Looking West detailed Australia's engagement with Indian Ocean countries and described Perth as the "national gateway" to the region.
