Mathematics and sex? That's right, the two are very much intertwined. The Friends of UWA Albany and the City of Albany are pleased to have well known mathematician and television identity Dr Clio Cresswell present the 2010 Amity Lecture on this intriguing topic.

A regular on television, radio and press, Dr Clio Cresswell will share some of the latest mathematical research as well as provide some great relationships tips. Dr Cresswell is author of Ma thematics and Sex and has appeared recently as a member of The Brains Trust on The Einstein Factor , ABC TV.

Come and enjoy a dalliance with the sophisticated equations that explain love and marital bliss at 7.30pm on Wednesday 13 October at the Albany Town Hall. This event is generously supported by the Albany Community Bank Branch of Bendigo Bank.

Popular Albany group Crossbow will entertain the audience prior to the lecture.  At the conclusion refreshments will be provided along with an opportunity to chat with Dr Clio Cresswell.
