The Faculty is pleased to offer our congratulations to Christophe Gaudin , the Deputy Director of the Centre for Offshore Foundation Systems (COFS) , who has been promoted to Professorial Fellow.
Christophe joined COFS in 2003 and since then he has successfully managed the centrifuge group.
His research focuses on centrifuge modelling, suction caisson, anchoring systems, scale effect in centrifuge modelling, soil characterisation, soil pipe interaction and hybrid foundations.
Since 2003 Christophe has received over 3M funding to run 30 projects mainly supported by the oil and gas industry.
