The University of Western Australia's Vice-Chancellor, Professor Alan Robson, today congratulated Neil Graham who has received the Rob Riley Memorial Prize for the top indigenous public school leaver for 2009.
Professor Robson said Mr Graham had enrolled in a combined course of Engineering and Commerce at UWA.
The Rob Riley Prize honours the late indigenous human rights advocate and is awarded annually to the year's outstanding indigenous student.
