The School of Sport Science, Exercise and Health’s Paediatric Research Group received an early Christmas present last October – new equipment funded by the Unigym program.
The equipment will assist research into the strength and functions of children with Developmental Coordination Disorder and Cerebral Palsy.
The research group is also currently seeking funding for a paediatric treadmill to extend the capabilities of the research group. The multidisciplinary team includes Dr Siobhan Reid, Dr Melissa Licari, Dr Rebecca Braham, Dr Kym Guelfi and Kerry Smith .
