Twelve early career researchers in ECM were successful in the 2009 round for UWA Research Development Awards funding for 2010 . Congratulations to the winners and also to those that applied, but were unsuccessful. Please consider the feedback you receive carefully and continue to refine your grant writing skills, seek peer review and resubmit to this and other schemes.

This scheme is a great opportunity to:
a) develop grant writing skills;
b) secure funding for pilot projects to support future external applications;
c) build up track record in funding success and;
d) establish a relationship or collaboration with a mentor.
