ECM Faculty Focus
Staff are reminded that are three open sessions remaining to provide feedback, seek clarity, ask questions or express ideas or concerns on the Strategic Review paper.
In addition to the open sessions, staff can provide feedback on the paper through a variety of other mechanisms. All feedback on the Strategic Review paper must be provided by Friday 28 August 2009.
Details of the remaining open sessions are below. Due to venue booking constraints, all staff members must RSVP to attend, so that we can ensure the numbers will fit.
|Friday 21st August||1pm-2.00pm||Winthrop Professor Greg Ivey||Billings Room|
|Monday 24th August||2pm-3.30pm||Winthrop Professor David Smith||Billings Room|
|Tuesday 25th August||1pm-2.30pm||Winthrop Professor David Smith||Level 2 Meeting Room|
Details of open session dates, times and venues, as well as the convenor of the session, are listed in the table above, and are also available on the Strategic Review website.
RSVP's should be sent to email@example.com with the subject line "Open Session RSVP", and should indicate the session staff members wish to attend.
These open sessions are just one opportunity for members of the Faculty to provide feedback to the ECM Strategic Review, and further details on providing feedback are available on the Strategic Review website at www.ecm.uwa.edu.au/staffnet/review.
In particular, staff members are asked to note the following feedback opportunities:
- Individuals or groups of staff can request a feedback session/meeting, in which the Dean, General Manager or the Governance and Management Co-Chairs will answer questions on the proposal and listen to the feedback - requests may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org;
- Staff members can fill in the anonymous online feedback form, available on the Strategic Review website;
- Staff members can email their comments to email@example.com;
- Staff members can make submissions on the review, with guidelines for submissions available on the Strategic Review website.
In addition, there have been a number of questions already surrounding the proposed governance and management framework and the strategic principles. To answer these, there are a number of Frequently Asked Questions available on the Strategic Review website.
Questions, concerns or enquiries should be directed to:
