Join us for a sumptuous wine and food conversation with Kate Lamont, photographer Frances Andrijich and host Paul Murray on Thursday 17th September from 7pm at the Perth Town Hall.

The event is in celebration of the September release of Kate Lamont’s stunning new cookbook, Wine and Food (UWAP).

Drawing upon her experience as both a winemaker and chef, Kate takes readers through the fine art of wine and food matching.

Pairing unique recipes with wine flavours and textures, Wine and Food is the definitive manual for creating the perfect dining experience.

Tickets for the event are $115 per person and include a 5 course dinner featuring recipes from the book, prepared by the chefs at Beaumonde Catering, and artfully matched with premium Western Australian wines from Lamont’s.

The gorgeous cookbook Wine and Food will be available on the night, or from all good bookstores from September 2009.
