All postdoctoral researchers and PhD students are welcome to participate in the discussion ‘ Playing the Postdoctoral Game in this day and age: Perspectives from Early Career Research Intensive (ECRIs) Postdocs and Successful Senior Researchers'.

Early Career Researchers will share their views on how they successfully navigated the process of getting their first grant/fellowship and the strategies they used to get ahead.

Senior Researchers will share their views on the challenges postdoctoral researchers face and how this compares to their own postdoctoral experience.

Panel discussion will be followed by an announcement "New Awards for ECRIs".
