We would just like to remind everyone that the UWA Open Day (previously known as UWA Expo) is being held on Sunday 9 August from 10am - 4.00pm.

Many staff across our Schools have already been working hard, planning exciting displays and activities for the day.

The official UWA Open Day website has been launched and will soon include the exciting new "design your own program" option for visitors, giving them the ability to custom design their day in advance!
The advertising campaign has also kicked off, with the first ad and editorial running in the Education Extra Lift-out included in regional newspapers this week.

Over coming weeks you will notice Open Day advertising in newspapers and on bus shelters. The focus of the campaign this year is to direct visitors to the web to make the most of the new program features.

Our Faculty is working hard to develop exciting ways to link all of our fantastic exhibits and buildings, including a treasure map competition to entice visitors to go along to all displays and complete a question at each, to go in the draw to win an exciting prize! We are also working on better signage to link our precinct.

We will keep you updated in coming weeks with more Open Day news. We hope you will all participate and support the fantastic Open Day in your Schools.
