The Co-chairs of the five Strategic Review areas have been meeting with the Dean and staff from Organisational and Staff Development Services.

The Terms of Reference are in the process of being finalised and will be available on the Strategic Review website next week. There will be terms of reference for each of the identified review areas:

Research
Education
Industry and Community partnerships, Foundation and Alumni
Physical, Information, Communication and Computing infrastructure
Governance and Management

The Strategic Review website will be updated regularly and will be a very useful tool for staff to remain aware of events and progress associated with the review.

The Co-Chairs are currently working towards the first workshops, designed to canvas the current performance and issues within the Faculty. The workshops will be advertised on the Strategic Review website , and all staff are encouraged to attend and participate in this important endeavour.
